Hello,

My config is,

Sabertooth 990FX R.2 MotherBoard
FirePro V5900 Graphic Card 2 GB
4 x 4 Ram 16Gb DDR 3 Corsiar
1TB and 2 TB Hard drive
Phanteks Enthoo Pro white
Noctua NH D15 air cooler
FX 8370 processor

My doubt is,

there are 2 fans for NH D15 cooler and those are connected to the fan hub. But still they are very slow in running, I mean they are running in very low RPM. Even I can see how much its rotating through my eyes. Its very slow.

Should I need to connect it to my mother board? How to increase the fan speed for NH D15?

Solution
Connect it to the motherboard cpu header and such, because then you can control the fan speed and curves through your bios and also software such as msi afterburner i believe.
It just depends where you want the fans to be controlled, through the fan controller or through the motherboard BIOS (or software). For a CPU cooler it would usually be best to plug into the motherboard, since it's already set up to adjust fan speed according to CPU temperature.
