Hello,
my GTX 780 Ti just died and I've send it to RMA. Now I'm using my old GTX 275 and I can borrow from my friend a GT 520. I'm wondering if I can plug them both into my PC for 3 displays setup (780 supported 3 display per single GPU, but these older cards can handle just 2 displays each, if I'm correct). It should be just for desktop work, I do not care about gaming performance. That's the main problem...
And as well I would like to buy new card...a GTX 1080 (Ti) most likely but I will wait until they give me back money from RMA, so it's more then a month away from now. I used to watch every single pc component release few years ago but I've kinda lost track...so if I'm not mistaken, AMD should release VEGA this month and I've heard something about nVidia next-gen in summer? Could someone just give me some short info about this? Thank you very much.
