Actually, I can access BIOS and can see CPU clock is set to 100. I can also see DRAM frequency and P-State configuration.

I wanna tweak my computer as a whole to run games at mid settings. Like overclock the RAM if possibel and cpu. Im just afraid maybe ill mess things up, coz I really don know anything about computers.

CPU AMD a8-7600
motherbaord: hihi biostar 170u3p
ram 4gb ddr3

Overclocking your CPU probably wouldn't let you change graphics settings. Just bump the fps by 5-10 fps.

Overclocking really doesn't have that much of an effect on performance.

Before trying to overclock, you should really do more research. You need to be confident in what you are doing before attempting overclocking. Know the limits of voltage and when to stop pushing further.

With that said, I could only find an article on an A70u3p board (https://www.techporn.ph/biostar-hi-fi-a70u3p-fm2-motherboard-review/) not sure if that's the same as your's but has a few sections about potential overclocking on the board. Without the BIOS infront of me I couldn't confirm anything but it may help you find any 'hidden' overclocking options on your board.
