I got this lowend Z-MB with an i7-2600K pretty cheaply from Aliexpress. Clocked it at 4GHz and ran prime95 on it to watch what it does. For some reason it cannot keep 4GHz whatever I do. I disabled Thermal Monitor, uped the TDP/Amp limit. Temps are okay, but it keep some kind of throttling. See pics below. Tested the CPU on other MB and it does OK. Any ideas?
