Ooh, yeah, forgot to mention, if you're not just gaming, a Ryzen would be a better choice.
@Supahos, you might want to check out that mobo and case though, for a little more you can get a better quality 4 slot board from AsRock and a SPEC-01 from Corsair. The Bitfenix nova has infamously poor airflow.

Ryzen is arguably becoming a better option, because initially the difference in performance between the two was there, but quite small.
However AMD is now releasing a series of patches that are improving game performance by Ryzen CPUs quite significantly, mainly in the R5 range.
Add to that the fact games are utilizing more threads and Ryzen 5 seems to be the better option.
 
Yes, but the problem is that they go over budget.
I dont know what the hell's going on, but this kit is INSANELY cheap, outlet PC are very reliable.
