I recently built my first PC and my motherboard came with an Asus 2t2r antenna, it does both Bluetooth and wifi, but after about a week after I built my PC the Bluetooth and wifi suddenly stopped working, at first I thought it was because something happened in my bios that I didn't intend, because my wifi/Bluetooth stopped working on both Windows 10 and Linux, so I knew it had to be something with the bios, after setting everything to default and quintuple checking all the settings which could affect it, it knew it had to be my PC's antenna. my laptop could connect to the modem fine, I made sure all the cables were properly plugged in and there isn't any physical damage to it from what I can see, here is a picture of it (not mine)

Antennas like this are really just copper wires in a plastic box. There are no other parts it is purely a function of how the pattern the copper is placed in.

I would place your computer very close to your router. You should be able to at least partially use it without the antenna even connected. I would suspect the wifi card in the pc maybe defective if you get no signals at all when it is activated in the bios.

Could be a bad cable or plug on the antenna. Or a problem within the antenna body. Plug in and work your way along the cables gently twisting and pulling - see if wifi and/or Blutooth come back - even just momentarily...

Do not know if the antenna's body (case) can be opened or not. If so you might consider doing that but certainly at the risk of doing more damage and losing any warranty coverage. Sort of a last resort when there is nothing to lose.

May also be a problem with the motherboard antenna connection. If you disconnect the antenna cables and grasp the cable connectors on the motherboard do you feel any looseness or wiggle? Do so gently but there should not be any movement. You can also look inside to see if there are any cracks, corrosion, etc. with respect to the internal connections. [Note: the picture did not come through.]

In the meantime contact your vendor and see about a RMA.
