I am getting ready to upgrade to the Ryzen 1500X, AB350 Gigabyte Motherboard and to corsair vengeance 16GB LED RAM. My computer bottlenecks and does not let my graphics card perform like it should. I want to know how well will my computer perform now with all of these upgrades versus the 2.9 GHz CPU and the cheap 30 dollar motherboard and 8 gigs of RAM I have in there now?

The Ryzen 5 1500x, with 4 cores and 8 threads, should work very well with your R9 380. In its day, (which wasn't that long ago, like 2 years) it was a very potent 'mid-range' card. Today, it still kicks plenty of ***. It shouldn't have any issues with Ryzen.
