Need help in my first pc build

I'm going to do my first pc build and i'm not sure if these parts will work.
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
MSI B350 Tomahawk Arctic
G.Skill Trident Z rgb 16gb 3000 mhz CL15
Nvidia gtx Titan 700-series (I got it from a good friend of mine, and i will upgrade it later to a gtx 1070 maybe)
Silverstone 875 w psu (I got it also from my friend)
Phanteks p400 tempered glass edition
Samsung 850 evo 250 gb SSD and a WD blue 1 tb HDD
Also what version of windows should i buy? There is windows 10 home 32/64 bit usb which is 119€ and windows 10 home 64 bit oem which is 129€.

Should be good. However I'm not sure if G.skill software works on ryzen boards (to change colors on ram) already - but even if not, they are most likely going to make that work soon.
EDIT: it already works on X370 boards, so B350 should be next.
As for windows, go for first one.
