Buying a new gaming headset, advice?

So I've gone through two SteelSeries headsets (Siberia 650) that have broke after a year, and they aren't replacing my new one. Thinking of buying a Sennheiser one, I've got $300-$350 and I want something that is srround sound. Not sure what is best, the 363D is on sale for $299 right now, down from $350. I notice the 373D is $20 less when both are not on sale, what is the difference there? I'm right now pretty settled on the 363D cause of the sale. Not sure, I would love any advice!
