PC turns off during boot and boots up again

So I got this weird issue, when I first turn on my pc, everything lights up for a second (fans, LED, the whole system as it would during a regular boot), then everything dies, and then boots up again in a second or 2. Anyone had a similar issue?
My PSU is Corsair AX760 powering ASUS Maximus VII Hero with i7- 4790k, 16gb corsair vengeance pro DDR3 1866 booting from Samsung evo850, and the gpu is GTX1070. Any help would be apreisiated, thank you!

Make sure the power button's not semi-depressed. I have that issue sometimes with my Define Mini C, if I'm not careful the power button won't come all the way back up and it'll shut itself back down.

If that's not the issue, make sure all your cabling is connected to the psu properly.

already rewired my pc twiceL I unplug my pc when I leave, but if I don't unplug this doesn't happen.
