CPU only watercooling - does it need maintenance ?

Hey guys,

I'm thinking of getting me a H100i v2 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler from Corsair.
Does these types of liquid coolers need any type of maintenance like refilling ?
If it does it how long it should last from unboxing to 1st refill and in what period i should repeat ?
I'm moving from air cooling to this and i have no clue what are the trades here, can you help me out ?

The Corsair AIOs are factory sealed and will never require refilling.
Liquid cooling is far superior to air cooling if you intend to OC. Decent air coolers are big and bulky and can obstruct your RAM access and height restriction. AIOs are neat and tidy and easy to install.
