I run mutliple minecraft servers + ark server + factorio server and so on on a quad core amd 5350. The g4560 is a 4thread cpu and a lot stronger than the 5350 so you'll be fine.

by "low power server" did you mean low wattage... or runs really slow ? (joke)

Not sure I'd get an intel atom for anything. Not sure it would meet 'recommended' for minecraft server here: http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Server/Requirements.

A decent $300 laptop would make an excellent low wattage minecraft server. e.g. $229.99 HP - 15.6" Laptop - AMD A6-Series - 4GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive - Black
