I tried putting it in bios just to see if it stays on and it does. before it showed that my cpu temp was 40-50c. so i thought i got a faulty cooler so i swapped it with a new one and its still shutting down after bios. Im not sure now what the problem is.

Solution
Ok so if it stays in BIOS then the CPU and Memory must be working correctly, you get video ouptut so GPU must be working correctly as well.

Would still go ahead and reseat the GPU and make sure the power plugs are fully inserted.
Also check and make sure that the power cable to every hdd/sdd/dvd drive is properly attached, and make sure the sata cable at both ends (drive and motherbaord) are fully inserted.

If that does not work then disconnect all other drives but your OS drive and see if it boots.
If yes) one of the other drives is bad and start plugging them 1 by 1 until failure.
if no) Reconnect the other drives and disconnect your OS drive, if you boot and get a No Operating System Found error then your OS drive is bad

Also...

If the computer will enter BIOS and stay in BIOS then a paperclip test is not necessary. Not to say that an underpowered or defective PSU couldnt be the problem, but we already know the PC will turn on so a paperclip wont tell anything

Also, that diablotek PSU is bad. like overclock voltages are completely unstable bad, like when it dies it has a very large chance of frying the rest of you computer bad, like it even has a chance of sparking and causing a house fire bad.
A high wattage number does not mean quality, the 80+ rating alone does not even equal quality. PSUs are kind of like car stereo amps: there are good quality ones, and there are "2000w" models being sold out of the back of a van for $80.
