Memory leak or problem?

I cant understand whats happening with my ram. I have only 1 google chrome tab open and I've tried reinstalling it and i have like 99% memory usage? I just tried to play arkham knight (A game that used to run perfectly at 60 fps around 6 months ago now runs at about 45 and has awful frame shudders. I've linked three photos of my memory going down the list. Is this a memory leak, a virus, or just old age?

Does it show 16 GB available in Windows? If you have 16 GB, then in the photos that you posted, Chrome uses more than 8 GB (I still prefer size over percentage as it's more meaningful to me). I've never seen Chrome using that much memory, but you didn't mention what the main tab is.

Yea, it shows 16gb in windows(http://imgur.com/a/bjlov). I was only on the google homepage
