So i bought this http://Ultra Fit and it worked fine on my Mac, formatted it to exFat and it was working fine with my PC. However a few days ago it started to not showing up. I would have to plug it out and in 10 times before it worked, but sometimes it worked in one go. Its really weird and now its not even showing up on any PC. I re-formatted it yesterday on my laptop and took it out and plugged it back in and it didn't show up again. What can i do?

Does it work on the laptop?
If it works on one computer, but NOT on another that it was PREVIOUSLY working on then it sounds like a failing USB connection (or weird software issue).
Troubleshooting:
1. Try every USB connection (both USB3 and USB2, front and rear.. )
2. if still problematic, try putting on MEMTEST86 (will format to FAT32 likely) and see if it will boot to the device (note that not all USB ports are bootable. The top/rear ones on the motherboard are best to try)
If you can BOOT to it then the PC seems to be working, the USB stick is working, so it's likely some software issue in Windows.

ok i did memtest86 and it booted up twice successfully. But now when i plug it in i only have 20mb of space. i went into diskmanagement and whenever i right click to delete the "unallocated space" it says disk management went into an error. I formatted it on a Mac and nothing changed.
