I come with a question that must be solved quickly

I need a gaming-rendering laptop
With Similar components to this
i7
1060 6gb or 1070.
Maximum amount of possible ram
200+gb ssd
1tb+hdd

Im going to be a bit picky here, I need a configurable rgb keyboard(this is for my artist little sis and she wants this feature badly)

Any resolution will do as long as it is not below 1080p

Why do you want a gaming laptop?
A desktop will serve you much better, you can get RGB lighting on that as well, plus way better specs, an ultra fast SSD and more.
16GB of RAM is also what you want, 32GB is just silly.
