Which gpu will last longer Asus Rog strix rx 470 4Gb or gtx 1060 sc 3 GB

Hard question to answer.. The GTX 1060 3GB is typically the stronger card in most games to begin with.. Only time it really has issues (and will only get worse in the future) is the low amount of VRAM. 4GB is becoming the sweet spot for 1080p and some games will push it the 1060 3GB beyond that unless you keep the settings down a bit. So the answer is pretty hard to say which will become the better card since Radeon does have better long-term driver support, but not sure if it will be enough to bring the RX 470 ahead of the 1060 3GB anytime soon on average.
Where are you looking at buying from? A RX 570 / RX 480 4GB should hover close to GTX 1060 3GB prices and be the better cards but if not, the GTX 1060 3GB is probably the better option (consider looking for a 6GB). Hope this helps
