Overwatch Tempretures Seem a little high expecially the cpu

Is 60-66 degrees on gtx 680 AMP! And 49-55 degrees on i5 4690k with hyperthreading enabled water cooled with an corsair h60 whilst playing over watch (I know they are safe temperatures)

I'm not conserned but the issue is my fan curve is so loud that I am curious as to why the temp are not lower as stated in the question (I know the temp are safe)
