these are the specs I choosed
(cpu) Ryzen 5 1600
(Motherboard) please recommend
(Gpu) gtx 1060
(Psw) corsair vs550 -> 550W
(ram) please recommend
should I buy a cooler or should I stay with the stock fan

get the gigabyte gaming 3 b350. choose if u want the m atx or atx according to case.
dont go for that power supply. get a evga b3/g2/g3 550 or seasonic s12ii 620 or s12g 550.
get corsair vegence 3000/3200, g.skill ripjaws/trident 3000/3200 ram. my preference would be trident z. but others r fine too since F6 bios update in the mobo sorted out ram stability issues.
stay with the stock fan. its decent.
consider a rx480. there is a great deal on the xfx gtr rx480 8gb. its just 225 bucks.
