Hello, i have been trying to install Kaspersky anti virus on my win 7 os, earlier i had kaspersky total security and now i bought just the antivirus, but while installing it i get this error message
-error 1723 there is a problem with this windows installer package. A DLL required for the install to complete cannot be run.
I tried to change the permissions, in Users/username/appdata/local/temp. did that process many times but no use, plz help..
