helo , just bought a new i7 7700K 1551 CPU 4.2 ghz?(not %100 on clock speed) And a new motherboard asus strix z270E, and 32 gig ram of 3000/3200 mhz cant remember what speed it was. basically my question is... my asus motherboard came with a 5 step program that overclocks my hardware for me.its software so is it overclocking to the fullest?the software is called AI suite 3 from asus.and it says i have a %15 overclock .its says my cpu speed is %15 higher but its only at 4841 mhz....core voltage is 1360mhz....cpu is 34.c at idle and fan speed is like 700-1000 rpm. Can i do i better myself ?

i have choppy gameplay !the other day i used this program and had 13% overclock and had choppy gameplay also so i reinstalled it thinking it was a one off, plus i added a new watercooled cpu cooler.. still choppy why is this guys?cpu is at 45c underload.
okay so i went back into the bios set everyting back to default and its fine again....on youtube the asus said this auto overclock stuff was pretty stable obviously not. where do i start now "? can u tell me what to expect with my hardware?also my gpu is a gtx1080.
