Should I udpate my BIOS? (Intel G3250 -> i3 4170) [ASUS H81M-D]

I have some sort of a question, as G3250 requires the same BIOS as i3 4170, but my BIOS says I'm rocking with 0603, yet it's working fine. Should I upgrade my BIOS to the latest version, (2204) or should I keep the current one?

If you have no issues don't update.

It could brick the board.

If everything works as it should, don't update BIOS. Only update BIOS when something's not working and BIOS update is known to fix the problem.

2107 is needed for the new CPU.

Yeah, you have to upgrade BIOS first, using your old CPU. Then you can use new CPU.
