Upgrade PC - new CPU,RAM,Motherboard

Hi guys.
I am thinking about some pc upgrade.

Now:

RAM: DDR2 800Mhz Zeppelin 2x2 4GB kit
CPU: Amd Athlon II X4 640
GPU: Asus Radeon R7 265
Motherboard: MSI K9N6PGM2-V2
HDD: 1TB

then:

RAM: 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz
CPU:Asus Ra deon R7 265
GPU: Intel Pentium G4560
Motherboard: Asus H110M-K
HDD:1TB

Will i see some fps changes or something like that?

You may or may not depending on the game but Yes, you'll likely see a performance gain, and you have a nice upgrade path with the Pentium. Pair it up with a great GPU and it'll be even better.

The G4560 is about twice the cpu capability.
If you are now cpu limited, that will be a good upgrade.
If you play mostly fast action shooters, your graphics card may be the limiting factor.

Here is one test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited and a G4560 will be a good upgrade.

And make sure the H110 board comes to you with already updated BIOS for G4560 if you decide to go for that build.

Nope. You can't update BIOS without working CPU, and KabyLake CPU will not work on board that does not have updated BIOS.

So guys i have one more idea.
I will sell my GPU. I will have like 155$ budget. And then i will buy new GPU.
Is it better upgrade or worse?

GPU like R9 380, Gtx 960 or somethling like that

H110 motherboards made after 11/2016 will nave the requisite bios already installed.
If not already installed you need to borrow a 6th gen cpu to do the update, or have a local shop do it for you.
Or, buy a slightly more expensive B250 motherboard.

What is the make/model of your psu?
That will determine what your gpu upgrade options are.

Usually, the R9 cards are some 75w more power hungry than the equivalent performing GTX units.
