When dealing with a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to inlcude your full system's specs inclusive of your OS. Please list them as:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Often times enabling XMP in the BIOS doesn't bear fruition for most users which is why you should try and input the numbers(information found on the ram kit or the sticker on the rams) manually and see if the system boots up. Speaking of kits, you might also want to include a link to the ram kit. Furthermore, you do realize you're overclocking the ram to go from DDR3-1600MHz to DDR3-2400MHz, right? If you do then I was just checking to see if your airflow/cooling as well as your motherboard was up to it.

Ram: 16GB (2 x 8GB) Vengeance Pro, DDR3 2400MHz, CL11, 1.5V
SSD/HDD: 120GB HyperX Fury SSD, SATA III, 2.5", 500/500 MB/s and 2tb toshiba hdd
GPU: DUAL GeForce GTX 1060 OC 6GB GDDR5

Chassis: Sonata III Silent ATX-case
OS: Windows 10

Im running with the cooler that came with my cpu and havent had overheating issues.

EDIT: Issue seems to be fixed and it was due to UEFI not properly setting ram speeds to 2400mhz. I put all the settings manually and now it seems to work and be stable.
