Over the past several months, my system has been experiencing weird problems. Originally, I was having weird issues with Titanfall 2 crashing and freezing my computer. It was really annoying, but the issue was isolated to that game. Soon after, the issue spread to other games. I figured I would just reinstall Windows and sure enough, the issue was fixed. Soon after, the issue came back. My system was crashing all the time. I reinstalled Windows again on my other SSD(went from an m.2 HyperX Predator to a Samsung 840 Pro). It fixed the issue, but soon after, the m.2 disappeared from my drive list. I still haven't been able to get it to show up. Since then, my other two hard drives(all but my 840 Pro) have disappeared as well. My computer has been blue-screening uncontrollably as well for the past few days. It is clearly an escalating issue and I am unsure if it is my motheboard, my power supply, or my drives. I have run memtest and there were no issues. I have also experienced issues with and without antivirus software.

Solution
PSU failure could cause a lot of various problems, but drives disappearing is not one of them. Especially with m.2 drive that is not powered directly from PSU but through motherboard.
But yes, failing PSU could damage motherboard which in turn could cause problems with drives. So it is possible you are facing 2 failed components.

I was thinking the same thing. The drives died off one by one. However, the PSU is really old and has been making noises occasionally. It isn't dusty either.
