Windows 7 not loading after RAM upgrade

Hi, please help! I have a Lenovo Edge and tried buying a 4gb stick to replace the accessible 2gb stick. Now with the new stick it turns on but goes to a blue screen with Error loading windows message.

The stick I bought was PNY brand DDR3/4gb 1600 mhz/CL11/1.5v

Any ideas?

Thank you, that's goes to show you how "knowledgeable" Best Buy guys are. I even told him I needed something exactly like the one I took in and he told me this one would work, all I had to worry about is matching the DDR3!
