Need help on upgrading my pc, I want to get a 1070 or 1080 graphics card? With my specs, what else do I need to upgrade?

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor 3.3GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB
Graphics card: 550 Ti
Mother Board: ASUS, M5A97, AM3+, AMD® 970, DDR3-2133 (O.C.) 32GB /4, PCIe x16 /1+1*, SATA 6 Gb/s RAID 5 /6, USB 3.0 /2, HDA, GbLAN, ATX, Retail

Ok.

The way I look at it, your pc is actually kinda outdated.

To the point that if you bought a 1070 or 1080 it will get bottlenecked so hard.

So, this may not sound nice, but you would have to get a new CPU for no bottlenecks to happen.
Which means you basically have to upgrade your whole pc :/
Since you need new RAM, new motherboard, at least a 500-600W PSU, you could probably keep hard drive.
