im using i3 6100 in my Gigabyte H110n and switch to MSI B250m Bazooka the suddenly in just a minute GTA V throttle but before in my H110n GTA V run smoothly even in long hours of playing and then I run stresstest using prime95 and monitor it using HWMonitor and the result is this.....

I already clean the fan,repaste the thermal solution MAX OUT ALL FAN RPM,Reformat my computer and reset the BIOS,but still the temperature getting higher and higher.
Is my new motherboard faulty? should i return it to replays a new one?
