Is this Budget PC build good for Gaming and Youtube?

I'm building a Gaming pc on a budget of around $550.
I want to know if the pc I'm building is good for making and editing youtube videos, seeing as I also wanted to start a channel.

I would avoid FX at this point , look into a Ryzen build.

Spend a bit more to get this and OC the 1400 a bit.
