Hello,
I built my very first gaming pc yesterday, and I installed Windows 10 pro on it. It is functional, I can use it, watch YouTube and browse the web. I just need help as I don't know alot about software so I need some people to help me. I haven't downloaded any drivers, and I still need to download stuff like Steam, Asus Aura and more.

(pc specs at the bottom) (I'm sorry for all the questions, I'm a noob at software)

Problem 1: I have downloaded GeForce Experience, and I wanted to make a account so I typed in all of my info but when I clicked on create account, it said I was not able to make a account at this time. I was in a bit of a rush (wich is dumb) an I quickly filled in my info again and clicked on create again and it worked, but I forgot to change my username so now I have some stupid username I don't like. It's now asking me to click a link in my mail, to confirm my account and since I don't want this username I haven't clicked it yet. Is there anyway i can either delete or refuse this not-confirmed account? If there is no way, I can use my other Gmail account, but this is only if I have no choice

Problem 2: I got the Devastator II Gaming Keyboard and Mouse Combo, and the Keyboard is working great, but if I plug in my mouse, I get a popup saying the plugged in USB device in causing a malfunctioning, and I keep hearing the windows sound effect of a USB device being plugged in or out every 3 seconds. When I'm in the bios and I have the mouse plugged in, my bios gets stuck for 1 second every 2 seconds. I tried 2 other mice, and they work. I tried the Devastator II mouse on my dads PC and it gives the same popup, so there's nothing wrong with my pc. I hope someone knows how to can fix this.

Problem 3: I want to download all drivers I need to download but I don't have any idea where to get them. Can someone give me links or tell me wich drivers to download and where to get them? I do know where to get the GPU drivers, wich is on GeForce Experience, but then again, I'm waiting for an answer to problem 1 first.

Problem 4: I want to download the Asus Aura Sync software, but i can't find the download page anywhere. Also need a link to that download :)

Problem 5: I have the NZXT S340 Elite case, but I have the icon on the far left of the I/O at the front of the case flahing alot. I have no idea what this icon means so if somebody knows, please tell me.

Solution
1. Make a new account with the same e-mail and ignore the previous activation. As long as it is not activated you should normally be able to register again using the same email.
2. Most probably the mouse is defective since it gives the same error at another rig. Not much you can do really expect for rmaing it.
3. Everything you need for your OS is auto-installed by Windows, but at the following link you can find your motherboards support list with latest drivers and utilities. https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z270F-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/
4. At the same page, at utilities section you will find "Aura V1.04.29" and also "Lighting_Control_10422"
5. Maybe your are talking about the Hard Drive Led? If so, it is supposed to flash when your hdd is in read/write process

Thank you very much! I already discovered about the WIndows drivers and I restarted my pc, now I'm up-to-date. I'm now going to install the drivers and aura software. Thanks!

I found 53 files divided over 12 categories, do I just need to download the newest versions or all of them?

Unless you are experiencing any problems you don't have to. I see your setup includes a 7th gen cpu which means that your bios is also up to date. There are some nice utilities that you will discover but take your time and read carefully every line. Intel Extreme Tuning Utility for example is for overclocking your processor. If you are not familiar with it yet, don't go with overclocking. Read first.
Personally i only choose to install Chipset drivers to make sure i have the latest and revised set of drivers. If anything else is working as it should, leave it with the Windows drivers

Thank you again, now 2 more questions, I downloaded the Aura V1.04.29 and the Lighting_Control_10422, now what do I do with them?

Also, files like these automatically save to my SSD, is this normal or will everything save to my SSD? If so, I need to know how to change that because I only have a 120G SSD with 90Gb left and I only want to install certain programs and games on it.

After you download the files you just execute them and they will drive you to their operating interface from which you will obviously control several stuff about your lightings. See an example here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VfeAWoSfXHE
All of your browser downloads are automatically stored to your OS drive, at downloads section. (This PC-->Downloads) If you want to change this path, just go to your browser settings, and you will find somewhere the download path that you can change to any drive and destination. Alternatively just copy paste the isntallers to another drive. It is important though that programs must be installed (executed) to your OS SSD to function properly. This means that when you execute a software, the destination path must be under your SSD/progam files (x64) etc.
Don't rush to do anything. Take your time to explore your rig and it's components. I know you'r enthusiast with this super rig but take your time and enjoy it accordingly ! :)
