I got a new PC and my ADSL speed it's been lower down for some reason.
In my region there's no good ADSL conexion so I only have 1mbps, it's quite low but I can even see Netflix on my laptop. Now, with my new PC, using either an ethernet cable or wifi I can barely open a webpage. Serches on Google are good, but it takes several minutes to enter somewhere else (I couldn't even been able to test the speed).
I tried to update the network card drivers.

Setup:

-OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64Bits OEM
-GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
-CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700k CPU @ 4.20GHz
-ASUS (PCE-AC51) Wireless Dual Band PCI Express Adapter
-RAM: 32 GB DDR4
-Motherboard: Asus Z170 PRO GAMING

I of course contacted the store and they don't seem to have a hint of what happen. I think they will ask me to send it back for review but I would like to avoid that if I can figure out what the problem is and fix it. Thank you.

Often times the issues pertaining to low internet speeds can come from:
a| improper networking information
b| faulty or malfunctioning networking gear(like the lan port or a router)
c| the drivers on the networking card(s) are being held back.

Since you're on Windows 10, have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date? Likewise have you made sure your wired and wireless adapter's drivers are all up to date?

You forgot to list your PSU's make and model.

Thanks for answer,

PSU: Thermaltake Smart DPS G 600W 80 Plus Bronze Modular.

Well, router is fine, networking card drivers are updated, also motherboard BIOS. Since is the same problem either wireless and wired I don't really think is because those adapter's drivers but I could try anyway. The store just sent me the guidelines to return the motherboard (for them the problem sholud be there), I think I'm gonna do that and wait. Thanks.
