Hi, first of all please forgive me because of my bad english. So i have some issues with my PC that my Pc goes black screen after installing AMD driver. I know there are a lot of threads discussing this but i don't think they got the same issues as i have. So i have HIS AMD r765 icooler, i've been having this for 3 years and got no problem at all, untill there were some times that my screen blinked a lot whenever i open the game, it blinked at the beginning but then my screen went normal, that was the first symptom untill i played a game and my screen blinked a lot and then it went total blackscreen, whenever i restarted my pc, it wouldn't show log in screen, it was just black and for what i mean black is i don't think the monitor is off but it's just black like when you see a black screen on the loading screen but with no cursor, no anything. Here is something odd, i tried to run my pc in safe mode and it worked, and i disabled my gpu card and then i restarted my pc, the screen didn't get black so i assume that my gpu could still transfer image to my screen, the problem is when amd driver installed, i tried to install the old amd driver (2014 driver) but still got no luck, i did fresh install windows 10 without any updates and it went black screen again, so i don't think windows update is the issue.

So yeah i wrote a lot and let me simplify my issues
My pc got blackscreen when amd driver is installed, it all began when my screen blinked a lot, i assume my gpu isn't dead because it still transfer image to my screen but without driver. Every amd driver version didn't work, windows udpate didn't affect too. Please inform me the solution, thank you !

1| Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date?

2| You forgot to list your full system's specs. Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:

3| Are you certain that the card works on another system after the drivers are installed?

4| Speaking of drivers, which driver revision are you on? Did you use DDU to rid your system of the drivers before reinstalling them? On that note, did you try installing a previous more stable version of AMD's drivers?

When installing your drivers make sure you've run it in an elevated command, i.e:
Right Click Installer>Run as Administrator
