Really? I think I missed something, because I read from the Mods as well above 80 is concerning, 90 is uh-oh and above 90 is when your damaging it, not when in the 70s on the CPU.

I would still honestly suggest using another PSU, and test it. While yours may say 550W, if defective or otherwise it could be putting out as low as 275W (half power) which is great for the Mobo, IGP, etc. but then put on the GPU and push it, yeah POP.

Also test the card in another system would also see if the issue persists (then you know it is the card).

I think running a CPU stress test, not GPU, would be helpful here. The fact onboard graphics doesn't trigger the problem but the videocard does seems to point to the videocard, but the CPU won't work as hard if the graphics aren't capable. In that way, with onboard graphics everything stays cooler. But if you run a CPU specific stress test, you can see how hot the CPU gets even if you're just using onboard graphics.

Maybe I will try to buy a new psu, because I heard the "ccssttt" sound when I run furmark gpu stress , I also heard about corsair series VS and CX have bad capacitor.
