I've been googling like crazy trying to find a fix for monitor flicker when scrolling the mouse wheel, it's only doing it if on a webpage, not if scrolling down a file window. Somehow during my searches I was led to a fix being required on the MB, (gigabyte Z68AP-D3) Needs troubleshooting and requires the above driver. How or even if this is somehow linked I don't know. But I have done full driver updates, reinstalled AMD driver without Relive, oh god hours today but still in circles around this flickering lines issue. So many fixes I've found and tried I can't remember them all but still the issue persists. Cheers

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs inclusive of your OS. Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date? Likewise that your drivers are in order? The last time I came across Creative's game port driver was way back when during Windows XP's prime time. On second thoughts, please list your peripherals as well, perhaps the drivers are a miss for one or more of them.

Had trouble working out BIOS downloads from Gigabyte site but have updated a shitload of drivers today in my quest for a fix. PC is mostly for gaming so have Thrustmaster wheel, Logitec pedals, various USB controlers all up to date and working.
