Hello.
So I am having this problem with port forwarding.
I atleast think I did everything right,
-FIREWALL: Allows chosen ports
-DMZ: Enabled
-PORTS: Forwarded?
-IP TYPE: Static
I need some help. I can provide all the information needed. My router interface is a bit weird, I'm not actually 100% sure I'm doing it right.
canyouseeme.org can't see my open ports, nor other site.
Help.

some ports are blocked with canyouseeme.org even though they may be open. DMZ will work and allow any port. Just make sure you open cmd prompt then type ipconfig and get your local ip its the ipv4 address and put that into the dmz setting. That should be it and then I would restart router.

My DMZ has External interface and Internal IP Adress.
I put my IPv4 IP adress in internal ip adress box and choose external interface the one that's my public IP adress right (so I'm choosing ethernet over ATM, or should I choose Bridge LAN/WAN Vlan 6 over ethernet)?

no your local ip it should be like 192.168.1.1 or 10.10.10.1 something like that not your actual ip on internet its your router localized ip.

Well, since I know it can't be subnet mask, so that's gonna be default gateway, right?
Also, my default gateway is my LAN ip adress, correct?
And is it ok if my Default gateway is same as DHCP server and DNS Server?
And aswell would ipconfig /renew or /flushdns would help it?

If it is a isp provided router or even if its not i would call your isp and ask them exactly what settings you should be because i have never heard of external dmz host setting thats probably for a buffer to redirect connecting clients to be routed to your router as kind of a buffer zone you might not even need to use that feature.

your gateway is your router panel to router interface. DNS is provided by your isp which is external to your router you will need to ask your isp for the 2 dns servers unless your router displays it.

you shouldnt be touching your gateway. if you dont know what your doing i would really call your isp and get technical support and tell them your trying to run a server for a game and they will probably give you all the info you need and if you cant get internet to work do a reset on router and push the little button and reset your settings you probably shouldnt be doing this without professional help but if you insist you can always reset router with little button until you get it.

Depending on your provider, this capability may be blocked from their side; requiring you to purchase a business internet account to gain access. I'd call your ISP to find out for sure. I know my charter account blocks most of it for residential accounts. A workaround may require setting up a VPN.

I remember I did port forwarding like one or two years ago, everything was fine. I just don't know why it won't work rn.
Also, after this little mess up I can't access my router anymore through default gateway, oops.
Well, sorry for wasting your time, I think I'm getting nowhere with my capabilities of understanding ip's and stuff.
