Overwatch unreasonable lag.

Hello everybody i hope you're all doing well.
My little brother's new gaming laptop gets weird lag when playing Overwatch, the lag affects other players movements, as you can see in this video:

his own character moves just fine, and also the lag is always there, every single game, although the connection is good, the laptop's specs are good, and the game is on low performance setting, this is the laptop:

1| Have you made sure your laptop's BIOS is up to date?
2| Are you on Windows 8/8.1 or 10?
3| Have you made sure your GPU drivers are up to date with the latest drivers found off of Nvidia's site or here?

4| What other titles have you played to see the same issues?

Windows 10, and i'm updating the drivers right now.
this is the first game he has ever played on it.

I don't think so, we have an average of 6 ms "domestic ping".

I've updated the drivers, nothing changed, the same issue.

Sounds like maybe there was a bug in the software, might wanna report that to ASUS as they're something of a big name in the gaming laptop and peripheral world right now. I'm sure they don't want their software lagging people's games!
