So I got a. New motherboard cpu and ram and I'm constantly getting bsods ( service exemption, critical something and more I can't remember) I reset my PC only for it to fail at 60% using a Windows 10 usb or disc should I try a Windows 10 install usb?
If you can't even get it to install Windows, it's most likely some kind of hardware issue.
BTW Add full list of components to your post.
Test ram with memtest, one stick at a time.
