Upgrading my system

I have been thinking of upgrading my system to a ddr4 board and ddr4 RAM
Currently i am torn between:

Asus MAXIMUS IX CODE
Asus MAXIMUS IX HERO
Asus Z170-DELUXE

Never really used any of the board extra features i would be really gratefull if anybody would explain some of them to me, at least the ones that come with the above mentioned boards

For RAM im pretty sure im going to get 32GB (2x16GB) 3000MHz CL15 Corsair Vengeance LPX

Which one should i get.I was thinking on a bit of overclocking both my GPU and CPU
CPU is I7 6700K with Noctua NH D15 cooler
GPU is Gigabyte Gaming G1 1080

Those Asus Maximus boards are great, but unless you plan to do extreme water cooling or really LN2 overclocking, then there is no real point to them (special retry settings and slow starts for CPUs of the raged edge of stability (more voltage and timing controls than the average enthusiast could ever want/use)). The Deluxe one is ample and even then could be swapped for something lower end.
