Can I burn out a fan motor if I'm running too high of an internal pressure?

I'm trying to run a delta 80mm fan at it's max psi in a constrained environment, essentially a closed environment with only minimal outflow. If I run it at it's max power will it cause any damage to the motor itself with this increased stress? You can see my installation setup below, although it's not computer related it's the same components, and I'd rather not fall out of the sky.

Deltas can be abused more than you can imagine. I've never had one go out.

At one point, a friend took a 15 year old 120x38 that had been retired from a datacenter and, after mounting a neodymium magnet to the rotor, used it as the drive for a contact-free stir in his home-brew setup.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. That said, if your life depends on it, always use a backup (or two). If you get enough pressure from one, add another in series for good measure.
