On the market many cheap and expensive SSD with the same spec, my question is, which SSD is better?

SSD Toshiba OCZ TL100 240GB read 550mb/s / write 530mb/s, 88$


SSD galax L Series Read 560mb/s / write 500mb/s 87$

please help me which better

In our time, the main quality, the disc. But how do you know a quality disc or not? you just need to buy a time-tested brand. Kingston ssd 240 GB, great for your PC, several times increases the speed of opening your applications and loads windows, I myself use them. I use it, and I remain satisfied with it, and to this day.
