Is updating my graphics card possible?

I have a Samsung laptop and would like to upgrade my graphics card, but unsure if its possible or not. Im a total scrubzor when it comes to tech knowledge. So keep that in mind :/

Here are my specs:
Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30 GHz
RAM - 8.00 GB (7.90 GB usable)
System Type - 64 bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Any and all help is appreciated!

I wasn't able to find any info on upgrading the graphics on that, which is not surprising. There are some laptops that allow more upgrades than others, those are almost always much more expensive and promoted as upgradeable. Samsung is not known for that sort of thing.
