Hello everyone, I recently bought a gtx 750 ti. On the box it says "400 watts minimum (12v rail with 20A)
My psu 12v tail is just 18A. Will my card work? Will it crash? Or could I use MSI Afterburner so that I can limit my gpu to 80% of its power.
Help please, I dont want to destroy my gpu. I dont have funds either for new PSU. Help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

AMPs are directly related to Wattage. The wattage can be calcuated by: Voltage x Amps.

What is your exact PSU and rest of the build?

The GTX 750ti uses ~67w at max, most of that is on the 12 v rail. 65 / 12 = 5.5 AMPs.

should be enough if you have a 750 ti that does not need a 6-pin = ~5 amps

Yes, your PSU should be fine in terms of wattage. The GPU manufacturer tends to recommend the 'required wattage' based on the worst case scenario so they don't end up being responsible for incompatibilities.
