I am having P5G41t-MLX motherboard
And i am going to purchase graphic card MSI AMD Raedon r7 265 2gb ddr5 128 bit...
Does this graphic card will work on this motherboard

1x6 pin will be required. And molex connectors aren't necessarily good choices.
While R7 265 is more on the low-end side, a new power supply is recommended by me as well. Judging by your name you're from India?
Let us know if you can spend a bit on a new power supply.

Your PSU's build quality is not good please upgrade your PSU before upgrading your GPU. You can get a cheap Antec VP550.
