Hi there!
So, I have just built my PC and the problem is that when I drop in my AMD FX-4300 CPU I don't get any video signal, the GPU fans won't spin and HDD LED won't flash but CPU fans and Case fans do spin.
As soon as I put in an AMD Phenom II x4 960T (borrowed from my neighbour) everything works fine, I get video signal from both my GPU and my Motherboard and everything is OK.
There are no compatibility problems, that's for sure since my motherboard has an AM3+ socket.
Following my PC's full specs:

CPU: AMD FX-4300 (Booting the PC with an AMD Phenom II x4 960T right now)
Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3 Rev. 6.0
Ram: 1x 8GB Hyper X Fury 1600MHz DDR3
SSD/HDD: Hitachi Ultrastar 1TB 7200RPM (2.5") (LED not flashing when booting with AMD FX-4300)
GPU: AMD RX 460 2GB GDDR5 (Fans not spinning when booting with AMD FX-4300)
PSU: Corsair VS 550W 80+
Chassis: Zalman T3 Mini-tower
OS: Windows 8.1 x64 bit

Solution
Is the Fx-4300 CPU dead? because that could be the problem if it is not working and phenom is working. Try the FX-4300 CPU on another motherboard with an AM3/AM3+ slot to see if it boots up on a different motherboard. If it doesnt boot on another motherboard your CPU might be dead

Not yet. I'm going to do it later today.
I told GIGABYTE about my problem and they told me aswell that the CPU is actually supported and compatible.
I'll update you later. Thanks for taking a bit of your time and answering me.
