Question to the Watercooling Pc experts

Hello guys
i have question and i need your help
i am building this pc to my office

CPU: Intel Core i7-6950X
Motherboard: Asus Rampage V Edition 10 EATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3333 Memory
Storage: Samsung 960 Pro 1.0TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Storage: Samsung 850 PRO 2TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate BarraCuda Pro 10TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($399.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: 2 X EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB FTW3 GAMING iCX in SLI
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Elite (Gray) ATX Full Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA T2 1600W 80+ Titanium Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

and i want to Watercool the CPU and The 2 Gpu's

i want the ultimate water cooling specs and it will be running 24/7 for weeks

money is no concern

so what is your recommendations

I would go with an extreme liquid cooling kit and then add the remaining parts needed to cool the 2 GPU's.

Add a 120 rad for exhaust and another 240 for intake. Make sure each rad is separated by a heat source as this will cool each part evenly.

Based on what you have read and discovered, what is your initial plan?

For what you are attempting to do and the hardware you are going to cool, it sounds like you are somewhat blindly jumping into this without knowing what you need, why you need it, how to assemble (perhaps) and how to maintain (perhaps).
 
You haven't specified whether you will be assembling the loop yourself, getting someone to do it for you or if you are going to get a pre-planned loop.
All that I can say is that I would get a minimum of 700 total mm of rad space if you want to get any real results.
