windows 10 running slow

i had windows 10 few months ago when i bought my new gaming pc. it was old version of windows 10 but after i updated my graphic card i installed windows 8.1. it was little fine but i wan to back on windows 10 so i downloaded windows 10 64 bit enterprise evaluation build 15063 version 1703. it running slow more then my old version of windows 10. how can i solve this make it run fast.
i have downloaded this version of windows from below link:-

My system's specs as:

CPU: FX-6300 3.5 ghz black edition
Motherboard: Gigabyte 72LMT-S2PT
Ram: 8GB
HDD: 1TB
GPU: GTX1050Ti 4GB DDR5
PSU model is Zebronic ZEB-N450W(DSATA)
Economy series (20=4 pin)
OS: Windows 10 64 bit version 1703(as i mentioned already).
Monitor: 22" meaning 1080p gaming

Simple answer, use the media creation tool to download the newest version of Win10 that came with you PC to a USB pen drive and then do a clean install from that, it will register using the existing licence key assigned to the PC.

will media creation allow me to resume if my system is shut down during downloading to USB?
