CPU temps after overclocking

I have recently OC'd my i5 7600k to 5ghz at 1.36v with my corsair h80i v2. The ambient temperature of my room is 32C (yes, its boiling here in india). I stress tested my cpu using aida 64 for 20 minutes and obtained the following temps:

Are these temps safe? Also is the constant voltage of 1.36v fine?

Really there wont be much to do for the temps unless you delid the cpu. There is quite a bit of heat that doesn't get dissipated very well due to the thermal paste Intel uses between the CPU chip and the metal lid. Nothing to be to concerned about I would watch temps under whatever the OP does that is intensive like playing a game or whatever this PC will be used for that stresses the CPU as the temps should stay lower than a CPU stress test.

could you mount an intake fan near the expansion bays to blow across the cpu.

What about push/pull.

FSB ratio overclocking may yield better temps.

I am running out of ideas.
