I want to buy a sistem and I can't decide which one I am gonna play gta V a lot of cs go and bf 4 and 1 and I want to play them at high ultra which system will suit me better?

I5 4460
Asrock h81m hds 2 0
Ssd 128gb Kingston
Saphhire r9 380 nitro 4gb
8gb ram ddr3 corsair
Evga 500w

OR

Intel i3 7100
Msi b250 hd
RAM 8 gb DDR 4 corsair
1tb wd
Evga 500w
Rx 570 saphhire nitro plus 4gb

At 1920x1080 of course.

For web browsing they will be the same. The SSD would be faster however at that storage amount it isn't worth it anyway. Go with the i3 machine, it is newest gen and can be better upgraded in the future. It's true the i5 is better but for those kind of games there wouldn't be much of a difference.
