Right now, I have an MSI H110M Gaming board, and I'm planning to use an i5-7600k. My question is this: am I better off in the long run updating the BIOS on the H110, or getting a 200-series board that can run Kaby-Lake out of the box?

Also, if I do upgrade to the 200 series, do I go with a 250 or a 270?

1| if you want to pick up a K suffixed processor part, you must go for a Z series chipset motherboard.
2| If you want to go for a Kabylake processor part, save yourself the headache and pick up a 200 series chipset motherboard, notably a Z270 motherboard.
3| Don't go with the H110 and the i5-7600K, it's more of a waste of your resources and the system's potential.
4| You must also look at ram kits that are DDR4-3200MHz or perhaps as low as 2800MHz which is the sweet spot for Kabylake.

If I do replace the PSU, what do you suggest buying in place of the EVGA unit? I'm trying to keep the total build price under $1000 if possible.
