Nope. Will struggle to even hit 30 fps at 800*600 lowest settings.

GTA 5 is a really CPU intensive title. i think you might get away with low settings at 720p.
there are low spec mods available on the internet that should help increase performance on your system.

Umm... what? Lowering the graphical quality settings and resolution won't increase CPU performance.

Everything really. The gt 730 is not a gaming card and does not meet min specs. Gta V run terrible on anything that has less than 6gb of ram and even a core 2 quad core can't keep the fps at a stable 30. If you want to run gta V a whole new pc will be your best option.

Yeah, it's not even close to the same PC. Much better CPU, and the GPU is probably at least twice as fast. Huge difference between the 730 and the 750TI. He also said he's locked it at 30FPS, and fails to tell us the detail settings. He claims 1080 but fails to show us that as well. Considering you have half the cores and a much weaker card I wouldn't expect the same 30FPS he gets.

a good card but will be bottlenecked by you current CPU. you should just build a new PC altogether. no point in mixing old dead parts with new ones.
